Hello,
I moved my home internet service from TPG to Belong last year. My First Invoice from belong was on 03/09/2022.
Since switching services, I continue to be charged $59.99 per month by TPG.
Can you please advise how I can be refunded for a service that hasn't been used in nearly 12 months?
I would also like the account closed to ensure I am not charged anything else.
