I joined NBN plan and paid ahead 1 month yesterday. Today they arranged via SMS to setup but put the wrong address. I confirmed via SMS my correct address. They postpoint and a manager called me to say my address should be the one they nominated. I confirmed few times with her my address without Lot 22, but she still said my address is incorrect. she said "If you are not sure your address" excuse me, How bad customer service and communication, I lived at my address more than 20 years and how can a manager said I am not sure??? Can anyone please help me a process how to get a refund. Thank you
