I made a payment, but it's not on my statement.

I sent this email 5 days ago (after days of emails and calls going in circles) and I haven't gotten a response. This matter is urgent for me, because the extra money that was debited, was for my daughters laptop and uniform. She starts high school this week, and thanks to TPG, she will either not be in uniform or be the only kid in her class without a laptop.
