Today a customer service staff - Coco from mobile service harassed me

I called last night and got Coco on the phone to service my call.

She was not able to solve the problem and got very upset when I told her to do as she was mentioning in a good case scenario. The team had made my scenario a bad case for refund. So I was able to tell her and prove it to her how I was correct and deserved a refund. Today she started bullying me by leaving message to convey that she can discuss and I should tell her what time. I responded the text as she had demanded. But she made a fool of me by not acknowledging it. I called up their team 3 to,es and got Tayla/Kayla, Mel and Grey on the phone. I explained that I need to talk to her manager but they kept me on hold and the extended hold was that they were not able to get the manager.
