I have had enough of waiting.
On 2 seperate occasions in your chat service, I have been left waiting for a response for over 3 hours, and I have had ENOUGH! Cancel my ** account immediately!
As my account is a month-to-month service, I DO NOT NEED TO PROVIDE 30 DAYS NOTICE!
If I see one more charge from you on my credit card, I will be pursuing legal action against you.
This has by far been the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had with any company ever.
JUST CANCEL THE ** SERVICE!
