I see that Tpg has billed me again

While I wait endless for support - my wifi modem has not worked for 2 months and I have Been waiting for a callback to assist me but ... no call yet bank deduction really not happy

For customers experiencing any issues with their service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage.

 

Check our Service Status page for any known outages.

If there are no known outages in your area, you can proceed with the troubleshooting steps indicated on these links:

A 2 month outage???!!! Yeah right

I spoke to Tpg who were going to have someone call me back.... still waiting...
