Helllo,

Despite several chats online, multiple emails NO ONE has helped me. It has been almost a month since you took 300 dollars from me to set up a service that was not available.

I understand it is tough times, staff are limited etc but I would really appreciate getting my money back since you could not provide me with any internet.

I want to cancel my plan and want money back which was deducted from my account on 14th of this month
