TPG increased my monthly amount without notifying me so I wish to cancel, please advise how I do this, I have another provider ready and need to know the date my service will end with TPG.
Please do not refer me to call a helpline as I am not prepared to wait for an hour for you to answer the phone, and I want a written record of the transaction.
If I do not hear from you in 24 hours I will cancel the payment
