I want to cancel my connection

I want to cancel my TPG connection. I have been trying within Chat and the support guys just say they will ask someone to reach out and will close the chat. This has been happening for the last three days. How I can get it done? If anyone knows how to do that please let me know.

I am going to approach Telecommunication Ombudsman, if you are not taking any action on this.

Hi my home address is 2/6 colonsay road springvale I was move form this place 1 year a go my contract is finished I call tpg talk to someone in December to let them know I been chargeing I notice in my acount details I still paying for no response I’m not living on that place please kindly stop taking money from my account and refund my money plz kindly request I don’t have a job I lost my jobs because of Coronavirus thanks Arshdeep sunny
