I asked about this with my Team managers and they said some older ADSL products they stopped monitoring usages on UNLIMITED plans, so thats why you could not see any of those details in your account portal until you have migrated to an NBN product.
I clicked the required prompts on our systems to try send those details to your registered email address, but it would appear it is also a legacy system that has been disabled for ADSL.

Honestly I cannot be the only person to have this question/need- when on an unlimited plan.
There are many reason/s to check usage.
What if I am on a plan that is too high for me! How am I actually able to make that decision- based on my previous historic usage.
What if I am working from home (as in the current world situation) and I need to determine my internet usage for a month.
Hypothetically what if someone was tapping into my internet WIFI, I would be able to see a spike in use (ie if I was at work/away and could not possibly be using WIFI etc)
