Hello TPG,
I used to live with a friend in the same household, this friend is the account owner of the ADSL TPG internet broadband that we are using. Anyhow, this friend decided to go home back to philippines and we lost contact. I decided to apply NBN to TPG and I successfully made it. Then little did I know, that the ADSL account on the same address hasnt been cancelled and I was charged for 2 account every month.
Is there any chance that I could get that refund? Im keen to know all the ways to be able to get a refund to a service that I didnt receive.
I would appreciate any help.
