I have write in to support@tpgmobile.com (twice) but no reply or response from there.
I have two mobile line from TPG with subscribe $10 per mth with 50G plan starting 11 June end up i was been double charge for both July & August Total $80 explanation below.
Both line was been charge twice $20 + $20 each for July & August (Total $40 + $40) total $80

Email to support@tpgmobile.sg and also leave message on Facebook Messenger but no response and reply from both channel.
You've reached out to the consumer support for TPG Australia. We do not have access to TPG Singapore we recommend to contact them directly on their support channels.
