Good afternoon
I wish to cancel my internet service as soon as possible. I put in a request last week but have not received any correspondence about it. I have spoken to 3 different customer service reps and only one was helpful.
I do not wish to be asked for identification for an account I have had over 10 years, I just want my service cancelled as my current residence uses a different provider.
Please advise.
