Hi,
I recently switched from NBN service to Home Wireless broadband (22nd September). However, I just got billed for prepaid NBN service usage ($59.99) ending 03 November!
I am still on the 7 day switch trial (ends 29th Sept) and would assume that all payments will be paused until the customer has determined which service to keep.
In addition, a one month free trial for the Home Wireless Broadband was also included in the new package, so that means I shouldnt expect to get billed till Novermber (assuming I have made my mind to switch accordingly).
Can you please look into this matter as soon as possible.
