Hi TPG team,
Just a quick question, I received an email saying my TPG NBN account is in credit at the switch to Wireless Home Package. The email suggests the NBN account is in credit as of closure but doesn't say if this amount will be moved as a credit to the new home wireless account (same client, same card, new customer ID).
The accounts do seem to be linked on the TPG website.
Will this happen as par for the course, or do I need to nominate and request a balance transfer?
