Insufficient fund in my account

TPG charged me for monthly fee through my bank account and they returned it through my bank account in the same day. So next few days, they charged me again plus $10 extra for rejecting of bank account.

I called them and they explained the reason that they charged me because I didn’t have enough money in my bank on my billing day. I don’t get it at all because they could charge me on that day which means I have enough money and then they returned it back.

I’m so upset and disappointed, might think about changing another company.

Please be advised that direct debit payment takes 3-4 working days to clear. A $10 rejection fee will occur should there be a payment rejection due to insufficient funds on the account.
