Invoice issued after service stopped

Hi there,

 

I recently changed to another mobile service and the porting was already complete. However, I still received my next invoice for the billing period from mid-December to mid-January and was charged.

 

Could you please check and refund the payment? Whom can I contact with the account and invoice details?
