Thanks for raising this to us. We're able to locate the account using your community details and we've seen that there has been a Provisioning Issue on NBN Co.'s side that affect the service. Our NBN Provisioning Team made an escalation with NBN Co., however, there has been a delay to rectify the issue because a Proof of Occupancy Document required by NBN Co. to create a new account and we received it 7th of this month, December.

 

A new account was created 12th of December as a resolution to the Provisioning issue. I've seen that our NBN Provisioning Team has been in touch with you and provided this information. We apologize for any inconvenience, let us know should you require further assistance.

Had ??? emails and phone calls to get activated had so much problems with communication to get issues rectified
