It’s 83 Days today and still cant resolve my non working NBN connection. When TPG makes an effort to respond they say nothing and do nothing. I have a billing adjustment as the account holder I don't access this these details. An organisation that’s core business is providing commutation’s well that something missing here

The escalated issue last March has been fixed and the billing adjustment was provided to compensate the inconvenience of the issue.
