Lets all contact ACCC and make a complaint about TPG's customer service and cancellation process

I am sick of TPG's customer service and how they handle the account cancellation requests.

For other Internet providers, you just simply make a call and it won't take long to have your accounts cancelled.

For TPG, this process is extemely ridiculous and disgusting, which is just wasting your time. They don't let you talk to their accounts specialists directly. Even finally they do, the only useful thing is they will tell you to send the cancellation request to this email address: cancel@tpg.com.au.

I also called them up and was told that if they don't cancel your account and still charge money from you, call this number of ACCC directly: 1800 062 055
