Get online support
I lost my phone on the weekend and need the account number to port out. I tried to log in online to get it but it required a 4 digit code be sent to my missing phone. It's not on any of the emails I have. I've sent an email to privacy@tpgtelecom.com.au with my license and a selfie with license but they have not replied. I am currently uncontactable and need this acconut number urgently for work.
