Lost tpg username and password

I can't login tpf account. I tried my email before @ but didn't work. How can I retrieve my tpg account username or customer ID. PLEASE help me!!!

Your TPG account details such as your Customer ID or username are sent to your registered email address upon successful registration. You may check your spam/junk folder if not found in your inbox.

Monday - Friday 8am - 9pm
