FAQ How do I make a payment after direct debit failed do to insufficient funds?

 

This month the TPG direct debit failed do to insufficient funds in my bank account. I have now been paid and I want to make payment on my bill to TPG. How can I do this?

 

The iOS app is fundamentally useless.
