Manage my account issue

I can log into My Account but when I try to go to the area to manage my account - such as top up my prepaid balance,which I need to do as I am currently overseas and don't have enough credit laft to make a phone call - I get a 'something has gone wrong' error message. This has been happening for 3 days now.
