Mobile plan cancellation

Hi, 

 

I moved back to Europe in September and would therefore like to cancel my mobile plan. 

I have tried to call but unfornately, due to the time difference, I'm struggling getting through to anyone. Is there an email address I could contact?

Hi @de143ny0169 , please send us a private message with your TPG customer ID, Mobile Service Number (MSN) and complete address so we can pull up the account and have someone contact you for assistance.
