Refunds: Poor NBN Performance

Noting the other thread TPG appears to be confused on the issued.


1. My refund direct to the bank account was organised some weeks ago.

2. A follow up phone call said that it was "coming".

3. I emailed advising I wanted to know what was happening and now the query appears to caught in some sort of email spiral where questions are being asked asked by TPG that were alredy covered and the latest reply is that TPG is checking if a refund is due (or words to that effect) despite it being approved and when followed up a statement that 'it is coming".

So when will I get my refund as promised into the bank account noting that refunds appear to have already been made to some customers.
