Mobile plan terminated

Hi all,

My mobile plan was temporarily terminated due to the amount owing. However, I set my bank card as direct debit and my card was automatically deducted for my NBN services a few days ago.

May I know how to settle this issue? I can’t call TPG support line now and I can’t find a way to make payment online as well.

Thank you. I really need to get my plan back as I can’t call or text anyone right now.
