Monthly Bill Payment

Is it possible to arrange for manual payment of TPG monthly bill?
Currently, my TPG account is setup with direct debit. However, my financial account has been blocked till I get back to Australia in June-2023 as there been fraud.
I don't want to my home internet to be disconnected due to fail direct debit.
Please help and advice.

Since we are a prepaid service, the payment will be automatically taken on the registered credit card or direct debit account.

 

In your case, you may update the payment method instead to keep the account active.
