Hi, wondering if anyone can help here. TPG in Singapore has very limited customer support not even on My Account website. There is not even a dedicate website for the customer in SG. Even their support@tpgmobile.sg is a NO REPLY email meaning that we cannot send messages to this email address. How does a customer gets help? I am seriously thinking of terminating my account since other ISPs can provide better customer support.

TPG Australia & TPG Singapore are 2 separate entities. Kindly send an email to Singapore Mobile Team at support@tpgmobile.com.sg so they can provide further assistance.
