Move an alias from main account to a slave

I have rung the call centre and emailed customer service about this request, but have not heard back.

My request is:

  • I have an alias attached to my main account
  • I have recently set up a slave account attached to my main account
  • I now want to move the alias from being attached to my main account to be attached to the slave account

Can TPG either complete this or advise how I can do it.

Thanks!

Hi @tonymitch ,

Welcome to the community!

You can do it by removing the alias from the main account and repointing or recreating that alias to the slave account.

You can do it online,

1. Go to https://cyberstore.tpg.com.au/your_account/.
2. Log on using the main account username (TPG Account Master Username) and the appropriate password.
3. Look for Email Management. Click Manage Your Email Aliases.
4. Delete the existing Alias on your main TPG E-mail address
5. Re-log in on the same site using the new Slave E-mail Address

6. Create a new Alias for the Slave E-mail.

Let me know should you require further assistance.

Cheers!
