I submitted my TPG NBN Moving Home Request (*******) on the 22 June and have no further response. We are moving into our new place Friday and we need our service on as there is no phone reception in Clyde north.
When I check the INSTALLATION STATUS online, it says
"We are currently processing your payment. We'll be in touch if we run into any trouble!"
I want to confirm the install is happening. I work for the Royal Australian Navy and need to be contactabel 24/7. The NBN and phone line is detrimental to my job.

We've checked your relocation order and determined that your chosen commencement date for this move is on the 23rd of July. Since your address is eligible for remote installation, we can recommend to commence the service relocation on Thursday, 21st or Friday, 22nd since it usually takes less than 48 hours to activate the NBN.
