Moving NBN to new home

I'm moving home soon and attempting to relocate my current plan (NBN) to my new premises.

I have followed the steps in this post  but unfortunately when I log in to my account and click the 'moving home' button it is trying to get me to sign up for a new plan / pay for another modem etc.
