Moving home and open a new account

Hi, This is Jacob. I am moving home and my wife open a new account under her name, could you please tell me how can I close the old one under my name ? There is no one answer the support hotline for a whole day.

We regret to learn that you wish to close your account. We can have our Escalations Team contact you regarding your concern. Can you PM us the following:

  • Username of the account (including the service address) you wish to cancel
  • Best contact number
  • Preferred time for a call

On the other hand, since you mentioned that you're moving to a different location, you may be consider having your service relocated to your new address instead. Let me know should you prefer to move your service.
