Welcome to TPG Community,
You can private message to me your customer ID, username, old service address, new service address and mobile number so i can request call back for you. Because depend on infastucture some charge are apply, if it new properly and haven't got any nbn then their might be some charges, TPG has to pass these charges to nbn.
