Hi,
I've requested to move house and to start a new 6 month contract at my new home. I don't move for a week and I need the internet this week to work from home until I move. How can I keep my current service and delay the activation of my new service so I can continue to use the internet in my current house and have it ready for me to use in my new home? There was no option for me to select an activation date. I need to speak to someone about this. I am worried that my internet service is going to end before I move.
