My previous payment way is not avaliable, so my phone account is expired. However, after I update my payment way and my bank account shows that the payment is completed, my phone account still has been expired for 3 days. Could you help me? My phone number is ****. My system shows that an existing payment transaction is in progress, so I cannot do any payment actions.

Hey @uts_cyb, if your payment was made by direct debit it can take up to 4 business days to be fully processed on our end. If you'd like us to take a look at where your payment is at, you can send me a PM here.
