My replacement sim card????

I am now impatiently waiting for my Sim card delivery. Your last confirmation was on the 19th May after I had waited a further week plus for you to act. You are still billing me for a plan when I have not got a phone to use because you haven't sent me a Sim card replacement. You have debited me for postage plus a cost for the new Sim card. I did request you send it by Express post. What is your problem ! I'm not living in Siberia.
