MyAccount; can't login

It's 1252 Tuesday 5th AEDT.

Can't login to MyAccount. Anyone else having problems ?

Hi @mpgioia, there's no reported TPG My Account issue at the moment.

 

Please try to log in again and let us know if the issue persists so we can check further.

I have never logged in before. I was asked to join the TPG community which I did. I picked my first name as the username.

I still can't login with either that username, my email address or my phone numer. I clicked reset password. I get an error message to ring TPG. Tried that and the recorded message directs me to the website.

This is going around in circles.
