I have never logged in before. I was asked to join the TPG community which I did. I picked my first name as the username.

I still can't login with either that username, my email address or my phone numer. I clicked reset password. I get an error message to ring TPG. Tried that and the recorded message directs me to the website.

Account login and community login is apparently different.

You can try going to: https://cyberstore.tpg.com.au/forgot_password.php

Enter your TPG username (usually you can find it in the modem login details) or your customer ID (if you know it).

Enter your postcode and the captcha and hopefully you can reset your password from there.
