I wanted to move my service. As I have not been able to contact anyone FOR 3 WEEKS I now wish to CANCEL the service. I know times are difficult, however if I want to contact new sales they respond immediatly. Interesting. However they cannot help me with the move and/or cancellation. I NEED MYSERVICE CANCELLED AS THIS SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS.
Before cancelling, do you mind if i ask what seems to be your problem and is there anything i can assist you with?
