I don't understand why my previous post was deleted without any proper response.
I submitted the cancelation of service via my TPG account online in Jan. I paid for the service in Feb because it was within the 30days notice period.
However, I still got charged for the sevice in Mar. I sent this issue to customer service email but no response.
Please look into the issue and assist me in cancelation and refund.
