NBN Charge

Hi TPG,

I signed up for NBN and agreed to the setup fee.  I have been sent an invoice and my credit card has been charged an extra $300 for "NBN New Development Charge."  This was not discussed in the signup.  Can this be refunded please or explained?

The NBN New Development Charge is a charge that nbn request from new installation is is based on some new areas or places not indicated originally.
