NBN and Mobile Service cancellation

I would like to cancel my NBN and mobile SIM service, please advise some details for the cancellation. eg: How many days notice?

Hi @Zoey, when cancelling broadband services, we require at least 30 days notice. While for mobile, it should be anytime before your next billing date.
