NBN cancellation

Good Afternoon, 


I phoned up on the 1st of April 2020 needing to cancel my NBN service. I was told that a phone call would be arranged that someone would call me within 24 to 48 hours. Its pretty much 48 hours now and I haven't had a confirmation or call to say my NBN service has been cancelled. 


I also find that I cannot do a Live chat - something that might need to be fixed.
