NBN not activated

I am writing in regards to my NBN. I have already connected the device and my NBN is still not activated. Please get this rectified as soon as possible otherwise i will have to cancel the service. 
 
I have been calling so many times and asked online but no support.

I don't think you will hear from anyone.

I have been trying for over a week and not reached anyone (nor had a response from anyone) at TPG via any mode they offer i.e. calling, emails, live chat and this community space.

I haven't been able to start the NBN service with them either and have returned the modem by post today and told them here that I am now cancelling my service.
