Just wondering how many other customers have not received the ACCC refund yet? I can't get a straight answer from anyone.
Hi @Kewwi, there are still some customer who's refunds are still being processed.
We urge those who are eligible to respond to the email they have received regarding the ACCC undertaking.
Furthermore, we have also received your post in a separate thread and replied to it advising that another follow-up has been made with regard to your refund.
