Need to activate roaming when already overseas

Hi,

 

I am already overseas and I need to activate roaming in order to receive text messages that use 2-step verification. I have tried to do it myself but TPG My Account also uses 2-step verification. As a result, I am currently unable to verify myself online.

I have received notifications that International Roaming has now been activated.

 

However, I am unable to reset the password to my account as I need to log in to top up the prepaid balance. When I click the link to reset my password using Firefox: "The connection has timed out. An error occurred during a connection to novus.tpg.com.au." When using Microsoft Edge, the link provided advises: "novus.tpg.com.au took too long to respond".

 

As a result, I am unable to reset my password to log into TPG My Account.
