New Account Username needed when moving from NBN > 5G

Hi guys,

 

Just checking that it is perfectly normal that I needed to create a new TPG username/password when moving from my 8 year old TPG account (used for ADSL and NBN) and moving to the new 5G Home Broadband?

Would it not have been possible to add the 5G Home Broadband to my existing TPG username/password?

Hi ,

 

You will be provided a new customer ID when switching to 5G home wireless. Please refer to the email notification that has the information of your new log in details for TPG My Account. Let me know if you need further help.
