I can see you have signed up to our TPG-FTTB(VDSL) product.
You should receive your modem in a few days and will be provided a tracking number once it has been dispatched.
Once you have received your modem, TPG will contact you to arrange a time for a technician to visit your apartment to connect your service and make sure it is working to your phone socket.
It should only take a 2-7 days to complete.
