I'm having no luck using the update account function. I moved home address to a new townhouse development. Could it be the new address is not yet included 8n the register of addresses used by TPG?

If you have moved to another address, you will need to request for service relocation to change the address on your account. Send us a private message with your TPG customer ID and we'll organise this for you.
